I love this app but I want everything unlocked but i cant can u make it where I can do all the people and all the stuff

My 4.5yr old girl loves this and she can use it fully. I bought the full set of tools immediately when I saw how she liked it. Kind of like operation when we were kids, but theres not a big goal. It is for playing doctor for fun.

TO MANY PROBLEMS AND I WONT DO LIKE THE BAND AIDS!! THEY WONT MOVE NEITHER WILL THE ACES!!

This game is just unplayable without purchasing something for the real money and very locked on things you can do in it.
